We start with what the substance is doing for you, not what it’s doing to you. That’s the honest question, and it’s usually the one nobody’s asked you yet. From there, we look at the gap between what you say you want and what you’re currently doing, without turning it into a lecture.
Some men need one-on-one space to say the specific thing they haven’t said out loud yet. Others need a room of men who aren’t going to flinch, dealing with the exact same thing. Both are on the table here, often both at once.
