Who we are
BRIAN MULLIGAN, LPCC, CAT
Brian is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Certified Addiction Technician in Colorado. With focus on anxiety, depression, life transitions, career dissatisfaction, and substance use concerns, Brian is passionate about helping individuals aged 18 and older.
While utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness practices, Brian also recognizes that no two people follow the same path in therapy and is committed to providing a “whole person” approach. This means your treatment will be individualized, not manualized.
Meaningful change happens when people feel connected, supported, and informed. Brian strives to create a therapeutic space that fosters these values. Together, Brian will work with you to build an open and trusting relationship, set collaborative and realistic goals, and equip you with the tools to move toward the life you want.
